All orders are shipped via Common Carrier, unless there is a FedEx Ground option listed on the website. The customer is responsible for being on site to receive and unload the shipment, or arrange for someone to be there to receive it. You do not need a loading dock or a forklift to unload the shipment. Most orders can be unloaded by hand one piece at a time. If any accessorial equipment, (lift-gate) or special services are needed the customer must make that known at the time of placing order.
Please make sure there is a current contact Phone number on the order for the trucking company to call, in case there is a need to contact you about the delivery.
